Disappointing experience. It's been two months since I placed my order and I still haven't received the goods. I have contacted customer service several times but have only received generic and vague information. The feedback system is also unreliable. If you click on a bad rating (1 to 3 stars), it tells you that the survey is closed. If you click on 4 or 5 stars, however, it allows you to leave feedback.
