I have ordered several times before without issues, but this time I ordered five dresses and had to return four due to sizing issues. I returned them by post, as advised, on August 5th, but I still haven't received a refund. I contacted them twice, but they claim they haven't received the items, despite me sharing the return receipt. It's been over a month since the return, and I am extremely frustrated with the service.
