Lots of promises, no delivery. Order from website, delivery date provided, never rec'd tracking info after numerous requests, finally get a rely after threatening chargeback for payment with a tracking number and apology saying "it was stuck in customs" - confirmed with courier that the request to deliver was only put in that day - so total lies. Courier still doesn't have it as they were only booked to collect it, missed the date for the item to arrive for a surprise - started chargeback to get my money from them. Also, be aware, the website is dodgy, it does not allow you to go in and check on previous orders or look up current progress of orders. definitely one to avoid if you actually need something important...
