I sign up an account, received my account number, login for the app, waited for the bins to be delivered, paid for the service. Today it was the collection day, and I just received an email saying “we’re unable to service this area as we don’t have a truck that can access this road”. I am really upset with the situation!! Why didn't you inform me before? It would be more professional to let me know when I signed up. Now I have a lot of waste to dispose, and I will have to sign up for another company and do the whole process again and wait more days for the new bins. This caused me a huge inconvenience, which could be avoided if warned when I signed up. Very upset!!!
