Disappointing, amount of time wasted back & forth before I was taken seriously as a long term customer. I'm assuming it's a large customer service team where my emails were not read and looked after properly from the start by the same agent/dedicated customer service agent!! So many later responses, apologising for the same thing and ignoring what had not been addressed by the previous team members email!! Eventually after persistence - I got my apology for both missed bin lifts and a small gesture credit to my account.
