I used this application and the app has a very clear way to pay but it doesn’t say at first to verify the account or add documents, I made the payment and then it said verify account, I added my documents and since then it says contact customer service on some WhatsApp number (which isn’t even in WhatsApp) now it just says contact customer service and nothing after that, my amount is already deducted. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If this is fraud I’m not leaving this application, honestly it’s too much money we trust and this happens. I need this sorted ASAP or I’m taking this seriously.
