Me and my friends opend the free promocode and we both got the prize "any covert" and 2 stickers. When we tried to withdraw the covert we got as a prize none of us got it but then we tried withdrawing the stickers and we got it out just fine. They never found reasons for both me and our friend to not send the skins and said tou have to deposit to withdraw but we could withdraw the stickers without deposit. Then they said you have multiple accounts which we dont. So if you dont win its okay but if you win get ready to hear them start yapping about random shit
