I pulled a very nice skin and tried to withdraw it to my inventory after waiting for 3 hours I finally sent an email to support. I was told to try exchanging the skin for something else, which I did to try and get an equal value. I then tried to withdraw my 2 new skins and after about 30 minutes my skins were automatically sold for me. I tried to just buy them back but it said my available balance wasn't what my actual balance was. I just want my skins that I paid for
