Got an appointment within 30 minutes and I met with Dr. Cuevas who acknowledged the problems my cat was having and after asking a few more background questions, gave me detailed explanations for every reason why my cat was struggling to use the litter box. For 20 minutes, she answered every question I had and gave me recommendations on how to decrease the chances of this happening again. I was then encouraged to visit a vet as soon as possible. When the call was over, I was later sent a summary report which contained links to information that was relevant to understanding my cat's health more. Overall it was cost friendly, informative, comforting and saved myself from further distress. Will be referring here for consultations again.
