We needed some veterinary advice and support after hours for our dog, who was lethargic and not eating, and Dr. Marta at PangoVet was there. She walked us through how to keep him comfortable and helped us to come up with a plan to get him in-person help. We live rurally, so after-hours vet care is hard to come by. Dr. Marta was professional, kind, caring, and supportive, and helped us more than I can explain in a time of such intense stress and worry. Our dog underwent surgery the next day and is doing very well, turns out he ate a macadamia nut that got stuck in his intestine. I didn't know what to expect with a telehealth service, especially since we did need to go in to see an in-person vet anyways, but we really couldn't have done it without PangoVet.
