Update:Company finally reached out to me & gave me a refund after much hassle.I placed my order on 10.23.24 & I still have not received my order as of 11.13.24. I have tried contacting Panstellar & have gotten no response from them in regards to my order. In looking at the tracking information, my order was shipped out to the wrong address, returned to them, then apparently they corrected the address but I still have not received my order.
