Very disappointed of this place. .I order a pizza come late and taste like it was made 2 days ago and they just re-heated...cold,dry and chewy ovel all Disgusting I don't recommend this place...waist of money and time.
The pizza was not properly cooked .it arrived cold and it had the wrong topping .also the cheddar filled crust is revolting.it is not cheddar is some plastic red cheese .how did Papa John got so bad .what is wrong in west ealing ?every pizza place delivers raw pizza .!!!!
I would give no star if I could ordered from the sunderland branch a couple of times before and been lovely ordered tonight and what a different 28 pound for two pizzas to be thrown in the bin absolutely vile very greasy smoky ham false mozzarella (probably to cut corners to make it cheaper) I can't get the taste of grease out of my mouth.
Had a slice out of each pizza then straight in the bin.

This was a terrible experience. My pizza sat on the counter for two hours before the courier picked it up. The manager didn’t think to remake it and blamed us for potential food poisoning, saying we should have ordered directly. The food was stone cold, and the toppings were minimal. I won’t be ordering again.
I ordered food and waited 29 minutes past the delivery time. When I called, they confirmed my order but said there were no delivery drivers available. They didn’t cancel my order or inform me, resulting in a wait of over 1.5 hours for nothing. It’s a complete joke.
I had a truly horrible experience. I ordered online while parked outside and went in shortly after to wait for my order. The staff member was not busy but chose to ignore my order, spending time on his phone instead. I waited over 15 minutes and when I inquired, he was rude and dismissive. I received my pizza an hour later, and the poor hygiene and customer service were alarming. I will not be returning.
