Wrong food, no recourse…

On 12/31/2024 we ordered food online through store 2684. We received another customer's order instead. We attempted to call the store, but they would not answer the phone. We contacted customer service online, who also was unable to contact the store. Customer service then stated they would send a gift card to us as a refund. They did not and have since denied they agreed to do so. I guess Shaq decided he need an extra $43.067
