Worst pizza chain I have ever dealt with, they claim "papa's guarantee" but employee rude, unqualified pizza makers who can not take an order correctly and when you ring to complain about it, you get the phone slammed down on you with an unsatisfactory manner sent a complaint email and 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply, no guarantee at all, and to top it off, the so called XXL pizza's at £20 is only the same size as a L (measure it) complete rip off. Stick with the well known chains that have been around for years Pizza Hut & Dominos can't go wrong.
