I’ve been going to the same papa johns for a while. Never a problem and always praised them. One bad experience and nobody wants to know. Wrote email after email to the customer service team and can be bothered to respond. Shows how much they value your custom. Won’t be going back. A simple apology would of been acceptable but that’s too much to ask from this company
