Bad pick up problems

I Ordered pizza and paid for it online. I sent my husband to pick it up on his way home and they would not give him the order because he didn't have my credit card with him. They want him to come pick up my card and I'd before they would give him our $16 order. My husband told them to cancel the order and keep the pizza. Nice how they are willing to waste food. I was not charged. But the manager was very rude. I emailed Papa John's customer service about the problem a week ago and got no response. Update. I contacted customer service a week ago and they were shocked no one contacted me. They said I would hear from someone in the next couple days and another week has gone by with no response.
