We ordered a pizza and had 30 pounds taken from our account. The website said there was a problem on tracking. We called the store. They said they would put us through to a manger then hung up: we got put through to a manger who then turned out to not be a manger. They then admitted they were not manager and lied to us! They said they would call back in five minutes they did not. We then called six times no answer. Then got put through to the same person they said there were a nothing they could do we would have to contact papa johns.com. They said despite being told we would speakTo a manager that none was available and no manager was on sight. We said either deliver our food or give us a refund. They said they could not do that: we asked for their name they reluctantly gave us there first name. We asked for their manager’s name they said Jake! We said Jake who! They said I do not know. Absolutely ridiculous shocking customer service the worse. Thirty pounds down no food. Been lied to repeatedly, hung up on!! This is Mutley plains pizza in Plymouth! Do not order here! Thinking you are ordering from a trusted name to only be hung up on and lied to repeatedly
