If 0 stars was an option that would be my rating. Don't order from Papa Johns unless you want them to turn up at the wrong address, not pick up the phone and then charge you for your order.I've still been charged for an order I didn't receive and even escalating my complaint has been an ordeal. Their customer service have been useless and the email address they gave me to escalate my complaint has ignored me for over a week. Stick to ordering from literally anyone else. Like anyone else. Just get a pizza from Tesco, it might be rubbish but it at least it'll be at the correct address.
