If I could rate zero stars I would. The staff was civil but the pizza is so gross and soggy, and brittle. I used to love this place but now this should be called "Cràppa John's". Last time we got pizza from there, the pizza literally looked brittle. When I took a bite, the entire slice collapsed. It was wet at a point to where you can't eat it, as if someone spat on it. Threw it all away immediately. The Pizza Hut at my local Target has way better pizza than this. Their commercials are cringe too. This is why we go to Little Caesars, at least THEY know how to cook a pizza. Domino's and Pizza hut are better alternatives also. Never again will I eat at Papa John's.
