I have given this location Chance after Chance. After this latest experience I am never using them again. I place an online order around roughly 7pm CST and was given a delivery time of 89-99 Minutes so I expected it to be about an hour and a half or little more but it was about right at 92 Minutes. I did not select contactless delivery and paid for my order with Cash. After the driver left I realized the box was leaking and broken on one edge. when i opened it the pizza was COLD had slid to one side and toppings were stuck to the top of the box and the leak, It was the garlic sauce that had been busted open and was now all over the box and the pizza. I called the local restaurant and was immediately place on hold. after holding for 15 minutes i used another phone to call them again, when the young lady asked to place me on hold. I explained that I could not hold longer I had an Issue and needed a manager because I had already been waiting. She hung up on me. I was very infuriated. I was still on hold on my other line for the total time of 34 minutes, then she came on the line and asked me what the issue was. When I asked for resolution, I was met with nothing, so I asked for a refund. I was then told, since I paid cash, I would have to come to the location for a refund. So I went up there using my gas to get my cash. Now 2 hours later and still have not eaten yet. On top of the lack of actual leadership present inside the store. It was Filthy and the gentleman who was the acting manager who was apparently making pizza was not wearing gloves, he was quite unkempt and Unapologetic and uninterested in the situation. This stores appearance on the inside was enough for me to make the decision to never patronize this Papa Johns ever Again!!!
