Big fan of pizza, thought I'd try Papa Johns.The pizza arrived cold. The tracking notices that I received showed me that it took 22 minutes to make a 4 minute journey. Fair enough, problems can happen.BUT, their 'Quality Guarantee' on their website excludes any cover on temperature of food. They didn't even apologise, just thanked me for reporting it. Seems fairly inadequate that they can't promise to deliver hot food, I will not be gambling with them again.
