I really loved the product but there were some miscommunications I believe because I wanted it a triple ribbon to fit six notebooks and at least three books easily but it was done in a was which fits only four at a time I was shocked when I saw it and confused why was I not informed at all that it will be like this because I live in another country and cannot possibly get it fixed in store.Anyway thanks but still disappointed that it did not become as the design I wanted.
