A great system, much better than any of its competitors that I have previously used. All control remains with you, the user. No waiting for new suppliers to be setup - just go right ahead and do it yourself - done in a couple of minutes, rather than the days I had to wait when using Compleat. Perfect integration with Sage, able to view invoices directly from Sage. Customer service is excellent with Paperless - questions answered immediately. No logging onto a portal, entering details, and then waiting sometimes days for an answer. And finally the billing - just paying the licence fee for users, so much more simpler and considerably cheaper than the other options out there. Watch out for companies that charge per invoice - Compleat was charging me for every invoice - no matter if it was a duplicate, gave me no idea of how many "credits" I had used up. And after 7 months I had used up my entire budget. When I checked Sage for the number of invoices it was only a third of what the budget had been. When leaving Compleat - they charged me for a download of my invoices - where each invoice had their reference on, so was completely unidentifiable. With Paperless - you have the invoices where you want them on Sage. Don't bother with any other system - Paperless ticks all the boxes.
