The user interface is nearly unusable for a real workflow. There are several major bugs and flaws with the tool. (1) File upload is buggy and often hangs or fails. (2) New chats cannot be created with existing files. They must be uploaded again - see point 1. (3) There is a limit of 50 file uploads. (4) Once you have uploaded 50 files you cannot upload any additional files - even if you delete all the files in your file list. (5) Some chats will not delete. This is not a tool for serious researchers. As another reviewer said, this is a toy.
