Update#1. Ive sent multiple emails already and even talked to customer support about this . Check the email or ask the team who’s guy that got IGNORED multiple times and just so you know there’s something called cached page on google and something called waybackmachine . Since you said the reward shop just happened to be doing MAINTENANCE for over 2 months , I dont know how you guys can look into the issues by asking me about the order number. Oh yea well probably playing the game just by looking and not doing anything at all right? I was gonna place the 900$ dollar if everything goes right but too bad they only answers because of trustpilot and I’ll never come back again.PS: I uploaded my ID on trustpilot just to make sure everyone knows the true side of this company. Final Update: I am not gonna update again because after 2 months , the temporary maintenance thing is just too long . After all , they still want me give them work with this kind of behaviour. 1. After the first reply , you guys completely dodged my question of which type of currency can I choose for the gift card , with only answering about if I place the order i will get 60$ credit . 2.Its states very clearly on the reward shop (if they change it because of this then please go check google cached page /wayback machine) the point I had was enough for a 100$ gift card . 3.I told them the exact same thing like my review here , they just de-value the points and didn’t use the kindergarten level reason - temporary maintenance. So after they read the email and knowing that I am not gonna use my points for next order , they completely ignored the servals emails and customer service just always told me they”ll get back to me - which they never did until I wrote this review on trustpilot today and they suddenly became very responsive lol. Never use again. I was a long time customer starting from at least 2015, I didn't know that there was a loyality point system until recently. Funny thing is that the items in the reward shop were all fake , u will never get any of those because not only fake advertisment, but they also de-value your points and directly ignored your upcoming emails when you don't use the point towards your next order. Was ready to place couple orders around 900$ and this behavior instantly makes me never want to come back. [I’ve proves of everything i said in this review and I”ll provide the screenshots , emails , bank statements if they trying to take this review down and saying its not the truth]
