We have been using Paperstone for about 6 months now and have found them to be an excellent alternative to Amazon, who we gave up on at the the beginning of the year, due to their dreadful customer service and failed deliveries. Paperstone are in a diffrent league to Amazon, they recognise that as a business, we require deliveries in working hours and use couriers that can deliver that service within those times, but they really shine when on the rare occasion that there are issues, they are easy to communicate with via chat and they get things rectified straight away without delay. I cannot recommend this company enough.
