Initially the package hadnt arrived as carrier didnt keep me updated as to when it would arrive and I made a bad review when I received an invoice. However Paperstone replied immediately and advised that the delivery was passed to a neighbour. I have now 4/4/2025 been able to retrieve it and really happy with it. Thank you customer service.
