I asked whether white glove delivery could be included with a $5,000 table purchase. It took a month to receive a response, and when I finally did, it was rude and dismissive — essentially telling me that if the cost was too expensive, I should find service elsewhere. For a purchase at this price point, I expected far better communication and professionalism. Very disappointing.
