Like many people would sleep apnea. I was a mouth breather. I found that interrupted my CPAP therapy. I tried other types of mouth tape and it worked, but it also would rip my skin. And the other types were very uncomfortable.So I was looking for an alternative and I found Pap MD. Initially looking at it, I thought it was more than I would need to cover my mouth. So happy to find that, it is exactly what I need. It’s soft, it’s stretchy, it’s comfortable. You are able to talk while wearing it. It’s also easy to lift a corner and take it partially off to have a sip of water and put it back on and it sticks perfectly. it has helped my CPAP therapy so very much as my leaks are now zero while using papmd, thats where they should be. If you’re thinking about trying it, think no more, just do it!
