Can’t give 0 stars otherwise I would….Absolute SCAM! Do not purchase para911 or trial product. They have stated I choose to upgrade dose (I didn’t), subscribe to ongoing purchases (I didn’t) and now will not accept return of open bottle although they admit it was a trial offer and I contacted them within days required in terms.They are trying to charge me for trial nearly £10 (supposedly to cover postage and packaging) and additional £69 for item and an additional amount for an dose upgrade I didn’t ask for £30!!! I have evidence of their customer support replies- truly shocking.I have twice contacted customer service and they first offered a £15 discount and to keep product and then £30 discount and keep product.I have made very clear I do not want to keep product and wish to return as per trail sign up.They refuse to provide return details.Disgusting, aggressive , immoral sales tactics. They should be ashamed of themselves.I will not stand for this.Stay away from this company
