I was pleased with the service provided when I reported a repair. It was dealt with promptly and fixed on the 1st visit, on a day convenient for me. The quality of work was excellent and the communication from start of reporting the job and the job being completed was professional, respectful and very helpful over the phone, through reminders & through updates on messages and face to face. Overall i was happy with the service provided throughout.
