Arrived at booked timeslot to be told after 20 mins queuing that there are further queues upstairs. Piccadilly line closed causing problems for people arriving in their timeslots creating delays. We used buses and ran to meet our timeslot. Only in London for one day we did not want to waste time queuing. Informed no refunds allowed only new day allocation available. No good for us. Opted to take advice to go away and come back after 5 as will be quiet then. Arrived at 6 queue still hanging out the door. Did not even approach as had a train to catch at 8. Wasted lots of our one day travelling to Knightsbridge and back for nothing. Wasted 45 quid. Ok piccadilly line was not their fault but allowing the timeslots to go out of sink was. And no refund policy when clearly their end of the deal not met was unfair. London is full of tourist for whom different day allocation is not appropriate.
