I purchased nine tickets for the Paradox museum experience and received an email shortly before saying the zero gravity room wouldn't be fully operational. Upon arrival, we were told the experience was canceled due to safety concerns and that refunds would be issued. When I sought my refund, I was redirected to the ticket seller. Their responses have been unreasonable, stating that tickets cannot be refunded or modified, despite the cancellation being their fault. It's frustrating, and I feel ripped off.
