I’ve had a really positive experience with Paragon Skills, mainly thanks to my tutor Jo Murray. Jo has been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging throughout my course. She explained everything clearly, always made time to help, and genuinely cared about my progress. Her guidance made a huge difference to my confidence and success. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor and would highly recommend Paragon Skills.
I have recently completed my second apprenticeship this time - L3 team leader and I am pleased to say I got another distinction. The support I got from my tutor Debbie was perfect, as I have been fortunate to have Debbie as my tutor for both. She understood the way in which I work and tailored her approach to my learning style. I am sad that my journey has now ended with Debbie, but you never know there may (and I hope!) to do another apprenticeship and Debbie is my tutor. I now feel more confident as team leader and I can’t wait to use my new found skills once I return from maternity leave.

My experience in my NVQ Level 2 was inspirational. Although I’m not a very technical person online, my tutor Sarah Conebar was extremely helpful to me to set up my learning and prepare very well for my tests and eventually exams to which I’ve passed well. I’m immensely proud of her efforts to reach this milestone.The way the course was set and delivered was simple enough for me to continue reviewing models, discussions and executing tasks ….were possible due to my friendly tutors.The extraordinary assistance I got from Sarah Conebar had encouraged me to attempt NVQ Level 3. I only put 3 stars because for me the process has been pretty long. It took 3 years to get my qualification as more than once the course was interrupted. The start of the course wasn’t the best. But the end of my course was amazing, fast and that is only thanks to my last assessor, Alyson, which was amazing. She made me feel very supported, always available. Alyson together with the rest of the team members involved managed to get me up to date in a matter of months, allowing me to pass with a Distinguish. I am happy I got to do this, I do have to say that Paragon skills provided the right materials and right support through, what I believe to be one of their best assessor which would be Alyson.

I had a lovely experience on this programme, One that was filled with knowledge and Support. However, this wouldn’t have been possible without my personal tutor . Jo Murray is an exceptional tutor. I was really struggling as my work had slowed down significantly and I was running out of time, but she stepped in towards the end and completely turned things around. Her efficiency, expertise, and clear guidance made a huge difference in a very short space of time. She is incredibly supportive, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping her students succeed. This deploma has been really good to do i have learned so much, but i couldnt of done it without my amazing tutor alyson scott. She has helped me through everything. She went above and beyond for me and i couldnt fault her for anything. Theres not enough words of praise i could give. Thankyou so much alyson for everything and always pushing me but giving me the reassurance i needed.
