I've just finished my Level 3 Supporting clients with long term conditions course. As usual, excellent course. The manual was great, the online videos and cheat cheat sheet wer great and lots of support from Hayley. The speed at which my assessment was graded was amazing. I've been with other providers in the past and never had this level of support. I highly recommend Parallel Coaching.
