I ordered the paramedic book and flash cards over 2 weeks ago. The flash cards came in like 4 or 5 days which was cool and expected the book to arrived within the next few days or so but after 10 days I emailed customer service and they responded that the book is being packaged and will email me a tracking number. 5 days later and no email and a tracking number. I emailed them again and no response. Emailed again and no response again. There's no number to call and it's kind of ridiculous that I paid 120 bucks for this book that they are not sending or emailing me back about. Pretty upset as the product looks like it will help me with paramedic school and passing my NREMT exam but this customer service is a joke.
