I had a bit of a nightmare return situation with an eBay order, and Declan was an absolute gent from start to finish. Communication was clear the whole way through, and even when the courier / drop-off situation got messy, he went out of his way to get it sorted for me without any hassle.
He didn’t have to do half of what he did, but he still took the time to help and kept me updated until it was fully resolved. Really genuine, helpful service — exactly what you hope for but don’t always get.
