I have sent a parcel vis parcel direct using GLS 3 months ago. After multiple calls and emails , found out that the parcel was just undelivered. An unacceptable reason was given by both parties- address unidentifiable, seriously with a correct post code in UK, a child can find the address. Till now , no refund and when the parcel was returned , it was damaged and believe it or not with rat bites and awful smell. disgusting service.
