We had a 4-day reservation via Parclick for a Q-Park in Paris (Montmartre). Not only did the QR-Code not work upon entry, the staff informed us when trying to leave that they didn't know about a cooperation with Parclick. They told us we got scammed and had us pay 169€ on-site to retrieve the vehicle. Parclick refunded our reservation of 89€ but refused to to anything about the 169€. Instead of relying on them to book for you (which they obviously can't do so well), just book directly on the website of the parking garage. You might regret it otherwise...
