Everything was going well, we arrived to the parking lot and even though our car didn't register we were let in. However, when we decided to extend our reservation the Parclick website or app was not working. I spent over an hour trying again and again to book on their website. The worst was when I tried calling their emergency help line, no answer! I called many times. I also attempted to contact the garage directly but no response. In the end we had to rush back to the parking lot and decided to leave.
