I payed for a 5 day reservation in parking garage Geigle in Barcelona. Unfortunately my car broke down before we arrived, so we weren't able to make use of the garage. The people at Parclick were very friendly and cooperative from the beginning. As soon as I could provide the neccesary proof Parclick gave me a refund.You don't see this kind of service very often nowadays. My compliments!
