I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 4 months.I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount was clearly debited from my bank.Waiting 4 months for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible.
