There is no timeframe for this review. I do apologise for the inconvenience.'The relevant team (Account Security Team) will tell you the same thing but with an extra line 'We will not respond to further queries this matter unless there is a change in status'.Stay away from all brands related to BV Gaming! My advice is to log your complaints through Resolver and press for a deadlock letter, then you can escalate to IBAS and the UKGC. Letting people not withdraw or delaying verification is a direct infringement on the UKGC licence so do not let these lot off!
