I initiated a withdrawal of Rs. 8000 on 28th December 2024 at 9:00 PM and received an approval message by 10:00 PM. However, I have yet to receive the payment. Despite contacting customer support and providing all required statements daily, I keep hearing the same excuse: "Withdrawal is in process." It has been 8 days now, and there is still no resolution. This delay is unacceptable, and their customer support lacks transparency and accountability. I strongly advise others to stay away from this app until they improve their payment processes and customer services
