Avoid them completely. If you register an account and keep losing, your account remains fine. However, if you win, especially over 50k, you'll be asked to undergo verification.This happened to me: I lost over 250k on their site consecutively. One day, I staked 70k to win 101k. After winning, they requested my documents, which I sent. They delayed the verification for almost a month, making my life difficult. When they finally completed it, they refunded 30k out of my 70k deposit, took the remaining 40k plus my winnings, and blocked my account. Their customer support is very rude. They're a big scam.
