UPDATE / CHANGEAfter an honest excuse by the agency, my second experience was much better, in fact very good. An agent (Frederic) was very helpful throughout the rental process and we finally confirmed the lease. Can only recommend the agency***Exceptionally bad experience- you get automated reminders every day to complete the rental process but no one responds to specific questions (neither by phone nor by email)- after 3 automated reminders they cancelled my application and told me to apply with another agencyThis was the most outrageous behavior by an agency I have experienced in years.I assume there is just KI on the other end or someone without a brain to make this happen.Paying 1500 agency fees for this service is a disgrace.On top, you have to pay fees and deposit before having a signed rental agreement. I consider this illegal.Stay far away from this agency!
