Bad customer service and dirty apartment upon arrival! You have to know that at Paris attitude the previous tenant cleans for the next one. There is no professional cleaning involved which I think for the price we pay as a service fee, it’s just unacceptable. When I got to the apartment I rented it was so dirty I couldn’t believe it. Dusty floors, smelly sheets, hairs on carpets, perishable smelly sauces in cupboards… I had to fight to have them recognize their fault. But they didn’t take charge. I had to organize a cleaning lady on my own. (They don’t answer on weekends, no hotline!!!) and after 2 months I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I am calling them emailing them, no answer… Outrageous! DO NOT recommend.
