Paris Attitude took several days to respond to what was clearly a basic maintenance issue, demonstrating a stunning lack of urgency or professionalism.But the final straw came when they demanded an outrageous €2,000 “renewal fee” just to extend our lease by 10 months—on a property that rents for €1,600 a month. This shameless price gouging was not only unjustifiable but deeply insulting, especially given our record as responsible, long-term tenants.We chose not to renew the lease on principle. The landlord, understandably disappointed, was left to lose reliable tenants—not because of the apartment or the relationship, but because of Paris Attitude’s blatant greed and poor service.
