n early August, we signed a rental agreement and made the full down payment for an apartment scheduled to start in September. We had planned to move in on September 7th, but on September 2nd, PARIS ATTITUDE called to "inform" us of a mistake by the landlord—the unit was no longer available!!! They offered either a full refund of the down payment (with no mention of any penalty or additional compensation) or an alternative apartment in a distant location, which was also significantly more expensive than our original choice.Their apology words came to us totally without empathy: We are without the apartment, 4 days before moving, not for our mistake!Very bad experience, absolutely not recommended!
