We found Paris Attitude, a renting company in Paris. We just wanted to rent for one month.The conditions were very unusual and surprising. First they asked for passport, financial documents, salary slips for the last 3 months, 600€ deposit!!!!!, and, additionally, agency fees of 189€, and cleaning fees of 79€, which they advised, might change through the month. And, last but least, sign a lease/contract.Note, that this is renting for just a month, not 10 years. When I called, twice, nobody answered. Then I wrote my concern about these unusual proceedings, per email. The answer was prompt. Not satisfactory...just send copy of passport. Which I did not do.The approach was highly unprofessional and shady. When I questioned the deposit, the agent said goodbyOn Reddit I red a lot of complains by people, who gave the deposit and never got it back. The agency remains unresponsive.Stay away from this company, I am glad, I did!
